I’m having trouble loading the All Payments page. Everyone in our organization cannot open it from all locations

What I’m trying to do is to simply load the All Payments page
What I’ve tried so far - I’ve done everything the AI bot told me to do and contacted support, but no email was sent to me, so I can’t reply to the ticket. Error message is We couldn’t load this page. There was a temporary problem on our end. Refresh the page and try again in a moment and it’s been ongoing for the past 52 minutes
