iPad Checkout Loading Error

iPad users on our site are hitting an error when directly linked to the cart page. The cart will load fine, but if they try and hit the checkout button they are presented with the error message “We couldn’t load the checkout” (see image below).

This bug doesn’t happen when following the same steps on Windows or macOS machines.

Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

If this is happening on specific device types, I suspect it might be something the team will need to investigate further.

Thanks for the response! What would be the best way to do so? I tried to get a ticket opened via the chatbot in the dashboard, but was unable to get past it to actually send a ticket to a human.

In general, the chatbot will help connect you with the correct team (asking to be connected to a human helps too sometimes :wink: )

Thanks Noah! Managed to get a ticket in. I’ll reply here once we’ve found a fix for anyone else who comes across this problem.
