iPad users on our site are hitting an error when directly linked to the cart page. The cart will load fine, but if they try and hit the checkout button they are presented with the error message “We couldn’t load the checkout” (see image below).
This bug doesn’t happen when following the same steps on Windows or macOS machines.
Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks for the response! What would be the best way to do so? I tried to get a ticket opened via the chatbot in the dashboard, but was unable to get past it to actually send a ticket to a human.
