Are the multilingual forms glitched for anyone else but me?

Multilingual Forms using the new Forms Translation section on the Multilingual management dashboard.
What are you trying to achieve:
I am trying to access the forms I need to translate and give them translations but the forms section is bugged and cannot open and show the forms I have.
What have you already tried:
- Clearing my cache
- Multiple web browsers
- Tried on multiple sites by enabling multilingual (same results).
- Skipping the GUI and using the URL to jump directly to the multilingual editor for the forms, but I can’t seem to get the URL right and identify the URL value that the form uses.
- Tried using a VPN, to pull from US servers.
Additional information:
These are Editor X sites and the Dashboard has been migrated to the Wix Studio Dashboard. I can see that there are values present in the accordion box in the HTML using the inspector, but all of the names of the forms have the value “loading.”
