Hello, I am currently working on Editor X a very specific type of UI, using containers to group the stuff.
The point is, I cannot move these containers to the center (for example)or any location to look correctly on breakpoints of 1800 px or less, as I try to move the container or the object it almost instantly goes back to the original position. Please see the video 
Is it a bug? Are elements locked somehow?

There is not much info on the web about this type of Editor X issues, I checked before posting the same links that you written. The most similar issue posted on those links to mine is this one:
Please help me. I don’t want to go back to normal wix editor, breakpoints feature in editor X are crucial so the site can be be correctly used and look properly in all devices.

@angeljaime31313131 If your question is regarding how to use, or how to best use, a feature, then the Editor X community is your best bet.
If you feel that you are experiencing a bug, then contact Wix Customer Care , as they will be better able to address this issue for you.

I do know how to use Editor X
My issue is about if is it a bug or an option / function that prevents elements from moving.
I contacted customer support in your link, thanks for suggesting it. They told me that they do not provide support with Editor X, they take matter only on the normal Wix Editor. They linked me to an Editor X agent, but there was no one to answer! I am sure that I contacted them on their schedule, 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Bot suggests to see articles that I already checked.
So do you know if its more likely to be a bug or is it something that prevents the elements from moving?

Was there a solution to the issue? Having same trouble on specific breakpoint. (as small as it gets)
Jumping into this forum as I was experiencing the same thing. Drove me nuts while burning the midnight oil. The elements in one section, the footer, were ‘locked’ in position. Couldn’t move for love nor money. Inspected it thoroughly. Even the grid in the back was locked. Finally, I noticed right-clicking it showed an option to remove it from the ‘masters’. I clicked that and voila, the elements were set free. Hope this helps someone in pain.
Editor X has a wide range of tools allowing you to select and manage your layers. … Right-click on any element to move its layer forward or backward.
