I am sure you are referring to the elements in your Sections, Containers, Grids, and or Stacks. Can you elaborate which element you are needing to control the height of.
Select the element and pull out the INSPECTOR top right and look for the height size field and mind the padding and margin settings too.

I have a problem with my editor x and I would like to know if someone can help me.
I can’t edit the size of my layers (their height in this case) and I can’t move the elements inside them (when I move or try to change the size it readjusts to the previous size). In addition to not being able to modify the layer position and many times when. I create a new one it is superimposed on the mobile.
Layers aren’t really elements, just layers within which elements are place above one another. The control is in size your Sections, Containers, Grids, and or Stacks.
Can you take a screen shot or elaborate on one example that is giving you problems?
@setordesign100 Agree with iamteejay in that having screenshots would help or a video might help. Being unable to change the height of the layers (I think you might be referring to the sections) could be due to a minimum/max height ; as for being unable to move elements inside them, it could be there are margins preventing it from moving. https://support.wix.com/en/article/editor-x-docking-and-positioning-elements
