Using the free WIX website designer (not STUDIO). Trying to change the free site URL prefix and according to WIX help you can by clicking on it in Account Settings but the option is grayed out?
You should be able to change your edit your site URL prefix using the following instructions:
Thank you for the reply. I ended up creating a new account (the way I preferred), and then transferred ownership to that new account.
