Hi! I am trying to make a mobile version of my website. It is impossible to change the size of the cel. The length is every time absurd long. How can I fix that please?

What are you trying to achieve:
I try to make product presentation. Header with short text, picture and a button in a picture. When I look at it in Mobile version size - all look absolutely horrible with incredible long ends, I can not make shorter.
What have you already tried:
I tried to use preset, but there, when you change size on the computer screen option, it makes trouble with the mobile version again.
