Changing colors of main menu items when scrolling.

What are you trying to achieve:
Hey, my menu is black at all time, however I need to be white only on homepage when not scrolling. then when scrolling bring it back to black. How can I make this happen?
What have you already tried:
I tried accessing the “horizentalmenu” via velo on event but won’t let me change the color.
