I have a question about Studio, but mostly about ecommerce in wix in general. I have made a simple ecommerce shop with webflow, but checkout and payment options did not satisfy our needs. But now I am facing a problem while migrating to Wix. I have products and each product have an Author (you could say a brand). Now I need to have author’s page linked directly with product. I need to show on product card and in product page an author as well as CTA to view author. I do not see an option to connect Product to CMS, and vice versa. I See CMS has refference option, but it doesn’t allow me to connect to Products. Also I see in products there is a “brand” field, I I see no clear way how to show brand in page and how to edit brand’s page. This is so simple function, yet non exitant, which is very odd to me.
You can create a seperate CMS collection for brands.
Then create a custom product page using the product collection(it’s in Wix app collection) and add a Button that has the text connected to brand name and link connect to brand page(created using CMS).
