How to create a product category page and individual product pages with CMS?

I’m still trying to understand CMS function of Wix Studio Editor. I would like to have a page with product categories, and then when clicked on a category, so a page with what’s in that category, and then being able to click on one of the items (product description page).

My question is, what steps do I need to take? I’m a bit confused about collections and datasets etc. and how can I link individual item to category products page to all the product category pages?

I have tried Wix solutions pages, but I’m just a bit confused still. Can someone explain more step by step on how to achieve this?

An example website is this website:

  1. shows the product categories
  2. For eg. I click on Wedding ceremonies, it will show all the products in that category Wedding Ceremony & Reception Styling Services – JKD STUDIO
  3. For eg if i click on one of the items, like metal frame, it will take me to a product description page

I would like to create a similar flow with Studio Editor.
