Comming: Wix Blog advanced SEO panel

Hi guys. I was wondering if the advanced SEO panel would be available in Wix blog and if that is the case, which features would be in there?

Here is a list of SEO features that would be nice to have:

  • Adding custom structured data

  • Adding external and internal anchor links by using #

  • Not a features but a bug: When clicking on “All posts” you’re linked to /blog/ instead of /blog which is the primary url for the blog. This mistake results in duplicated content because /blog and /blog/ contains same content but are two different urls. This applies to all wix websites that use the wix blog.

Okay - I got you some answers!
Custom structured data will be coming in a future release - Everything else is a feature request, and it was notated. :slight_smile:

It would be awesome to be able to edit the schema of text within blog posts so we can do things such as adding FAQ questions/answers schema to certain text. This would definitely help everyone get a leg up in SEO. Wordpress currently has that feature and it would be awesome for Wix to add it.

Maybe something along the lines of being able to highlight text and images and both together and add a schema type from a drop down. Schemas like products, FAQs, etc. Or be able to just edit the html of the text area ourselves to add the schema.
