The email forwarding isn’t working – messages from the contact form are not being delivered to the client’s business email address.
It’s also not possible to set this email as a recipient address (not even via an automation). The messages just disappear somewhere.
New issue: Wix now shows a message saying that the domain is not connected and that the DNS records need to be updated – but the website is live and running normally.
Exact same issue - the business email is set up as a contact & the automations were working 1 week ago and have suddenly stopped. Spent 2 hours on the phone to Wix support and they still were unable to resolve thisso am currently unable to access or respond to client emails
