Connect business email (Microsoft 365) with website

The email forwarding isn’t working – messages from the contact form are not being delivered to the client’s business email address.
It’s also not possible to set this email as a recipient address (not even via an automation). The messages just disappear somewhere.

New issue: Wix now shows a message saying that the domain is not connected and that the DNS records need to be updated – but the website is live and running normally.

Can anyone help me with this?

You’ll need to set the email as a contact, and then connect the contact to the email notification.
