I have a contact form on my website so that someone can send me a short message. I receive the messages on my Wix login email address. But I want to receive the emails on another email address that I have already bought long time ago on Wix.
Is it possible to change the email address for receiving messages when I use a contact form on my website?
In the Wix Editor:
Click on your contact form, then choose Form Settings (or Settings >> Email Notifications). There you’ll see where notifications are sent. You can change the recipient email address to the other Wix email you purchased.
Or:
If you’re using Wix Forms, you can also go to Dashboard >> Customer Management >> Forms & Submissions >> Settings >> Email Notifications and update the recipient there.
