hi! Sorry to bother and be prepared I´m an absolut noob and lay on this topic.
I am trying to connect my freshly bought domain to my wix side. But it is not working. I followed the instructions, but the “support” only comes up with the suggestion, that I should make specific DNS entries (A-record, CNAME) at my domains administration. However, when I insert the IP address for the A-record at my domain administation panel, I get the message it is not a valid IPv4 address.
I also realised the IP address given by the wix support refers to a .com address, however, mine is a .de.
Can somebody please help me an tell me what I can try next? It would be really important to have the side running till tomorrow, but I am totally lost (actually I have no idea if the upper paragraph makes any sense). So if anybody could help a nooby in need, that`d be great.
