How do I convert yearly pricing plans from being paid offline to let members pay online?

What are you trying to achieve:
My website has a subscription program that sells membership pricing plans that roll over on a yearly basis. We had a bunch of members before I changed our website over to Wix so I had to import all our existing members into Wix. Each are at different stages in their yearly subscription. In order to not charge them again since they had already paid for their subscription on the old site, I marked them as paid offline. However, now that some are coming up for renewal, it does not let them pay for their renewal online in the member portal because they are marked as offline payment. Is there a work around to this? How can I allow them to pay online?
What have you already tried:
In the dashboard, if I mark them as online payment it demands a credit card right then, which won’t work.
