**Hello, I’ve recently added an app called “Powerful Countdown Timer” on wix and it wasn’t really what I was looking for, so I went to delete it, and it just WON’T GO. I’ve tried everything; clearing caches, going on a different browser, trying a different network, and more, but every time, I just get the same “This app could not be deleted due to a technical issue.”
This is a 3rd party app, and I’ve went onto their personal dashboard many times, and there is literally NO way to delete it. Only to “Edit,” “Duplicate,” (which does nothing) and “Pause” (which also does nothing).
The actual timer won’t show up on the editor itself, only to the actual website itself.
Also, it’s not my permissions that is causing this, because I can delete any other app with no problems.
Please help, I’ll add images.
(P.S. Ai told me that I needed to look for a 403 error, which means it’s a server issue and not my own, which I found. I’m not sure if it’ll actually help.)**
Have you tried uninstalling from the App Market page in the site dashboard (I see the screenshot is from the editor)
