Creating a community just like this one

I want to learn how to create a community just like this one.
I cannot use Discord because my audience is not from IT, and it’s very confusing for them. I was thinking on Mighty Networks, but I just discover this space so I assume I can also create something like this on my Wix Website. How can I do it? Is there any tutorial or video that you can recommend?
