Hello,
I’ve been working on integrating my Custom App for 15 days 10h daily, im close to crack mentally ,(ASAP Delivery Orchestrator, V1.10.0) as a Shipping Rates Provider for my development site (Dev SiteX60808975).
The App is installed, active, and functioning correctly, yet the checkout fails.
Current State of Configuration:

The App is Installed (V1.10.0) and confirmed with the permission screen.

The App is Active in “Active installed apps” (the toggle is ON).

All manual shipping rates (
Flat Rate, etc.) in the Domestic (United States) region have been deleted to force Wix to call the App.
The Problem (Wix Synchronization Bug):

The checkout consistently displays: “Sorry, our items are not currently available in your region.”

When attempting to add a new rate (
Add Rate), my App DOES NOT appear in the dropdown menu under “Select how the rate is calculated,” indicating a failure in the App’s capability synchronization.
The Irrefutable Proof (Wix CLI Log):
I ran wix app logs --version 1.10.0 and forced the checkout. The log shows that Wix successfully called my App’s endpoint, and my App successfully returned the quotes without any error.

Conclusion:
The App service is called, it processes the data, and it successfully returns three correctly formatted shipping rates in USD. Wix is failing to process or render this valid response in the checkout UI.
I urgently need assistance from the Wix team to resolve this internal synchronization issue.
