CSV import without ID's

Hello.
Does CSV import without ID’s work in Wix Code Database?
One month ago, it worked as expected, because ID’s were automatically assigned.
However recently it doesn’t. When CSV files without ID’s, 63 columns are selected for import though my expectation is that 30 columns are selected for import.

Hi!

Can you please provide us with an example?
Did you try to import a file and the items had no ID’s assigned to them in the ID column?
Please share a link to your site and any additional info that can help us define the issue.

Hi again,

I can’t seem to reproduce the issue.
When I inspected your site I saw that all the items does have an ID.
Notice that usually the ‘_ID’ is set as ’ invisible ’ in the collection and that when an item is created the ID is generated automatically.

Hummm. As you say, my database collection has ID’s as the image below shows. If a csv file with ID’s works for importing. However a csv file without ID’s doesn’t work at this moment.
Is there any way to send you a csv file that can reproduce my issue?

I am having the same issue. I thought that the CSV import was working as described but in the last two days, a CSV file, with 106 records – 3 of which were to be new records as their _ID field was blank/empty. The new records did not get entered into the CMS. Puzzling!
