Shop product CSV doesn't work

Hi :slight_smile:
I am trying to import a Product with many variants to my catalogue and WIX doesn’t mark any errors when I select the csv file for the import. When I click import and WIX starts loading to import, a modal pops up and sais it was succsessfull but the product doesn’t appear in the list. And when I close the modal I get a message on top of the screen with the message " imported 0 products"

Is this problem known? Or did anyone had the same problem and know how to solve it?

Is the product set to visible on both websites?

Also, create another test site and check if the CSV is working on that
