I am coming back to you because more and more customers are asking me to set up a product catalog for them to lead them to the generation of a quote at the end of the customer journey.
For the catalog I know that wix content works well, but there is nothing that allows you to select items and add them to a database to directly create a quote request with the list of selected items
In the end, what my customers are looking for is a bit the same principle as Wix Stores except that at the end of the customer journey, they do not want to pay, but arrive on a form summarizing all the selected items before sending by the form.
Obviously I do not want to do any development under Corvid (Velo) and that it be managed automatically. Any ideas for doing this? Or it must be the subject of a feature request
To be sure you understood correctly, I will give one last example. Imagine that you are on the amazon site, you choose your products, and at the end the list of your items are noted in a form as part of a request for quote.
I have this same problem with my clients wholesale shop. They can’t use their checkout properly as everyone needs a quote on what they buy shipped to their postcode. I am been looking for months to try and find an app that integrates, coding or something and still nothing. Yes there is a feature to add a quote in checkout however this feature has been going on for around 2 years already. Wix really needs to sort this out because so many online stores want this function. I am losing clients because of it. It’s so time wasting to have to send quotes to people and type in products every time, plus you can’t add photos of the image. Does anyone know how to code this? or a software that can integrate with wix that can do it? I have tried everything!
Same here, several of my clients need a catalogue type setup instead of a store (i.e. no checkout/payment) with ability to request a quote for specific products versus purchasing and paying for the products. Also trying to avoid getting into coding for this. Seems like it would be a fairly popular function.
