Customer still seeing "Watch Preview" for video she paid for

Question:
If a customer has paid for a Wix Video and is still seeing the “Watch Preview” screen (vs. the “Play Video” screen), what can be done (if anything) by either me or Wix to fix that?

What are you trying to achieve:
I work for a couple who run a continuing education business via a Wix website. They are having problems where customers are buying videos and not able to then view them. The couple doesn’t want to issue the customer a refund and have the customer try again because apparently Stripe will consider that a sign of customer complaints, thereby jeopardizing their ability to collect payments with Stripe.

What have you already tried:
I tried looking for the database table used to determine which customers have access to which videos, but it seems like Wix doesn’t make that table visible to users(?).
