Deleting the login from Wix Stores

My client wants to remove the login/membership message in his checkout (see screenshot). I asked Wix support and they told me to delete the members page. But when I try that, it says it will delete the Wix Store! Any ideas?

I would double check and ask support again. You can also duplicate the site just to be safe.

I had another client ask to delete this too. So this time I deleted the members page as suggested by support but it broke everything. After I deleted it the client didn’t receive any emails of new orders. Could we have an option to simple hide this feature: ‘Already have an account? Login for fast checkout’

@sara thank you for the feedback. Did you try contacting support to see why your client stopped receiving emails?

@stevenjose Hi Steven. No I didn’t contact support as the site was live and we needed to respond quickly. So I rolled it back with the history and it was restored. Ideally we should be able to hide this feature rather than delete it as the client might change their minds in the future. It makes no sense to have that sentence there if there is no signup or login offered anywhere else. So far all my eCommerce clients have asked to remove it.
