Editor React Components
Now available in Alpha, Editor React Components let you build custom site widgets in React for Wix Harmony and future Wix platforms using the Wix CLI. The generated component includes an automatically created manifest and matching editor panels, allowing you to focus on building your widget instead of maintaining editor configuration and custom settings panels.
Wix Changelog Chrome Extension
Never miss an update. The new Wix Changelog Chrome Extension monitors the Wix Developer Changelog and notifies you when new updates match your interests. Filter by products, categories, and update types to stay informed about the changes that matter to your apps and workflows.
Realtime APIs
Build real-time experiences with the Realtime APIs. Send messages from your backend and deliver instant updates to connected clients through channels and subscriptions. Use them for notifications, live dashboards, chat experiences, and other real-time app interactions, with built-in permission controls for managing access.
New API Highlights
- Partner Profiles API - New API that lets Wix partners manage their partner directory profiles, including verification status, contact details, and public-facing information.
- Social Media API - New API to create, schedule, publish, and manage social media posts across connected social channels.
- Marketing Emails Sending Domains API - Sending Domains API methods are now fully released and no longer in Developer Preview.
- Automations Action Catalog API - New methods to create, manage, and query actions for your app, including support for dynamic schemas and input mapping generation.
- Semantic Model API - New API to discover available analytics data for a site and query metrics such as traffic and revenue.
- Data Collections API - Patch Data Collection, Patch Data Collection Field, Add Data Collection Plugin, and Delete Data Collection Plugin are no longer in Developer Preview.
