Custom Panels for Editor React Components
You can now build a custom panel for an Editor React Component. It adds an action-bar button alongside the auto panels, so Wix users get both. Use it when you need a layout, controls, or logic an auto panel can’t provide — without replacing the panels the editor already generates for you.
Interview with Market Push Apps
Meet Andrei Homorodean, CEO of Market Push Apps. We sat down with him to learn how he built and launched 149 successful apps on the Wix App Market, earning a 4.6 average rating. He talks about deciding which apps to build, pricing, and adopting new APIs — including App Tools.
Brand Styling for eCommerce Checkout Plugins
Checkout plugins can now match the merchant’s checkout theme. Use it so your plugin picks up the store’s colors and corner radius and stays consistent when a merchant customizes checkout, without hardcoded styles or a separate design for each site.
App Tools for Self-Managed Apps
Self-managed apps can now expose App Tools to Aria, Wix’s AI assistant. Use it to let site owners retrieve data, run workflows, and complete actions from chat in the site dashboard - the same capability CLI apps already have, now available over REST or the Wix JavaScript SDK.
