I have set up an email automation through the Wix Ascend plan with a friendly colourful design including our logo etc. however this is now sent on top of the standard plain text Wix Member Approval email.
It seems ridiculous that Wix advertise to upgrade to the Ascend plan where you can send personalised automated emails to members when they sign up, yet there’s no way to disable the standard Members Approval Email to stop new members receiving two different emails.
So all my new members are getting two emails stating the same that their account has been approved but one is looking more professional and the other is just standard text.
I’ve voted for this feature - Customizing the Members Approval Email in the Wix Help Centre, but would be grateful if anyone can advise any way to just disable the standard Members Approval Email so my members only receive the one member approval email I’ve created in Ascend.
