I am not able to stop pull to refresh happening for my site in SAFARI browser while this is disabled in other browsers. How can I do this in safari?

I have tried emded HTML code with :
height: 100%;
width: 100%;
overflow: hidden;
position: fixed;
And this works in all other browsers except safari
Please could you give your inputs
