Disgraceful customer service!

unclear guidance on “special offer” means I sign up to paying lump sum when I ABSOLUTELY can not afford it. Polite email sent asking for refund (I already subscribe monthly for a website and was merely trying to create a second) - refund immediately refused! Impossible to find telephone number. Thanks Wix - literally will struggle to put fuel in my car this week
