The employees at support@wix.com are not able to do their job. Several times I have found them to be trying to bluff their way through things when they clearly do not know what they are talking about.
Now they are telling me that they do not see any issue with my website when clearly there is.
Very true, this forum has been so much more helpful to me on just about every occasion. I wish Wix would open up a non-code forum for support so that people wouldn’t come here in desperation and be turned away b/c it’s not a code issue. Even if it were completely unmoderated, there are plenty of helpful people who solve problems all the time.
Please tell me if this reply from support makes any sense to any of you. Just look at the issue I have raised and the amazing issue related reply I got
Agreed… theres some decent dudes on here from six like Yisreal but its not frequent enough ive got 6 forum posts all unanswered… be nice to have some dedicated experts here
