I’m having trouble with
Setting up my email
What I’m trying to do
My email is working but gmail recipients bounce with a message about DKIM / SPF
What I’ve tried so far
My original provider (namesco) are saying they cannot support as the domain nameservers are now with wix.
I’m stuck!!
This article should help - Adding a DKIM (TXT) Record | Help Center | Wix.com - you’ll need to get the DKIM records from your email provider and then follow the steps in the article

The original email provider are saying they can’t help because the nameservers are now WIX
If your mailbox is still with namesco, they should still be able to provide you with the DKIM records, they just won’t be able to apply them (you’ll need to do that). I’d recommend reaching out again
I’ve asked them 3 times… but they are refusing
**Hi,
Thank you for getting in contact with us.
While DKIM is supported on our email platform, the setup will only work if your Nameservers are currently with us.
You are currently unable to set up DKIM as your Nameservers are currently with
Name servers:**
ns2.wixdns.ne t
ns3.wixdns.ne t
(Can’t post links… I’m new!)
**
If you sntill wish to enable DKIM then there are a couple of options available to you.
Option 1:
If the domain is registered with us, we can help you reset the Nameservers to ours so that you can administer DNS in your online control panel.
If the domain is registered with another domain provider, then you can ask them to update to our Nameservers. These are:
**
ns0.phase8.ne t
ns1.phase8. net
ns2**.phase8. net**
**
If you were to choose this option however, you would need to replicate any DNS currently stored on the external Nameservers so that services like websites and email do not stop working.
Option 2:
If you wish to keep your Nameservers then there is currently no way to enable DKIM with our standard email services.
