For the past 1-2 months, many of my apps have suddenly stopped adding page extensions to Wix Studio websites.

When users install the apps, the app widgets are added correctly, but the page extensions are not created. As a result, key functionality is missing from the site. The same apps continue to work properly in the Wix Editor.

For example, with the Forum app, I have configured page extensions for Forum Posts, Categories, and All Posts. In Wix Studio, these page extensions are not added during installation, which effectively makes the app unusable. The exact same issue is occurring across all of my other apps that rely on page extensions, including apps built with Blocks.

This problem has had a serious impact on my business. My app sales have dropped to zero because users cannot access the functionality provided through these page extensions.

Could you please investigate this issue and let me know if there is a known problem with page extension installation in Wix Studio?

Hey @V-Blog! This doesn’t sound like the expected behaviour.

If you haven’t already, I’d recommend opening a ticket with the App Dev Rel team who’ll be able to take a deeper look into what’s happening here. If you have reproducible steps, the App ID etc to add to the ticket, that’ll help too :slight_smile:

I did open a ticket and got the reply today. It was an issue in Wix Studio and has been fixed by the awesome dev team. :head_shaking_horizontally: :slight_smile:
