Do it is possibility that the system will create automaticly collection to each user at the registration?

I want that this collection will collect all the actions of each user at the website, and this information will appear to each user (who is member-site) in his account page. At least I wish that I will get the users’s actions, in order to use in this information.

when I said “actions”, I mean to the user input, for exmple. I will use it a lot in my website, and I wish know if this manipulation can possible.
