I have a Premium Core Plan for my website and I use Wix Stores to accept payments for products. I’d like to be able to send text message notifications under Automations so customers receive a text message when they make a purchase, but it seems I can only send emails or Wix chat messages. Do I need a specific plan to send text messages, or does Wix Stores not have the ability to send text messages at all?
To break it down better, we sell horse digestive health pellets which currently can only be picked up at our store. I’d like to set up a text message automation system that sends customers a text message that lets them know the pellets are currently getting packaged, another text message that lets them know it’s ready, and the ability to let them text a reply such as “HERE” so we can take the pellets out to them.
