After WixChat was removed from app stores, the automatic chat message sending function was not integrated into the Wix Smart Chat channel.
Yes the sms channel is also broken and seems the Wix Smart Chat has done something to the sms outgoing messages. I’m receiving texts from ongoing conversations that since smart chat was forced into my account I now can no longer text back.
