Hi.
I run a nonrpofit dog adoption and i made my website myself.
I am not a computer programmer so i strictly followed tutorials.
It seems to be impossible to make two pages function.
pages made for adoption application
- digital application => works fine - paper application (has user input; document upload button) => does NOT work - written interview (has user input; documeent upload button) => does NOT work - home-check pictues upload page => works fineapplication page works but another page where people can download paper form and upload isn’t working.
So does not the page where people can come and upload written interview document.
other than those two pages, application page(digital) and page where people upload pictures work just fine.
all four pages are linked to same database and yes for all below.
- permission setting double triple-checked and confirmed it does not work regardless of whether i use admin account or the regular member account.
- Database field is set for “document”
- submit button set up correctly. all four submit buttons are set the same.
- form dataset is used for both digital page and paper page.
When the submit button is pressed, there is no
- submission
- page change; i set certain page(adopt-me) to open when submitted.
It just pretends? uploading the files and stays as same.
If I simply change the file form in the upload button setting to image and change the database connection to one of the image fields, submission goes through without any issue.
