Hi guys, if anyone sees this post, I’ve been unable to contact anyone from Wix, it feels like ghost town… Domain I put is still not connected to my site after several days, it was promised to me it would be connected by April 15 but nothing.

Have you had the chance to chat to our support team? If not, you should be able to find them here - https://www.wix.com/contact
It normally takes up to 48hrs after connecting the domain for it to propagate, so that might be the cause. That being said, support will be able to help best. In the meantime, if there’s anything else I can do, let me know 
Thank you! I submitted a ticket and wrote tweets to WixHelp on Twitter but yet no response, Wixbot is useless as well. It just stays like this and I am unable to do some crucial features until my website is live fully…

Was your domain purchased from Wix or elsewhere?
What have you tried so far to connect / reconnect the domain?
