Hah - right at the beginning of your video there’s a full mug of coffee sitting right next to your laptop. I cringed when I saw that. So we, your loyal fans, deserve to know your secret.

My loyal fans, like yourself, will be relieved to hear that the coffee mug and laptop was only a mock-up image and I would NEVER put my laptop in that type of cruel environment!
