Dynamic Newspaper Sales Form

Can anyone figure out how to present the following steps, within or linked to Wix.com, resulting in a dollar amount for an ad sale:
Scenario: A customer would like to purchase display ad space in www.centralarkansaspress.com, a weekly newspaper. In order to do so, they must:

  1. Select a display ad “thumbnail” image that comes closest to their ad size in length and width or from a list of options that comes closest to the size they think will be most effective for their promotion typically measured in column width and inches;
  2. Select a date or dates (from a digital calendar like Google Calendar or fill in blanks) to specify the frequency the ad is to be published;
  3. Receive an ad rate value taken from a pricing parameter that is determined by both the size of the ad and the frequency of its appearance, i.e., 1x = 100%, 2 to 6x = 25%, 7 to 13x = 30%, 14 to 26x = 35%, and 27 to 52x = 40%. Example: a half page ad price is $703.50 if purchased for publication one time. However, the same half page ad price scheduled to be published seven (7) times receives a 30% discount (7 to 13x = 30%) and therefore only cost $492.50 ($703.50 - [$703.50 x 30%] = $492.45

How can this be done?
