Hi Sir/Madam,
We have recently been having trouble with sending out e-mail campaigns (formerly known as ShoutOuts).
When we used the “test” campaign settings we have realized that the campaign will be sent directly to the recipients Junk mail. The same issue was also found when we officially posted the campaign.
We have not encountered this issue previously despite using this function for multiple times.
