Edit or remove preference in booking calendar

Using Wix booking for e-bike rentle business. In order to not overbook the bikes, I have used the staff in services as a place for each bike. So if each bike is out that no availability will show on the booking calendar. When booking a bike, the booking calendar requires staff preference to move forward . The issue is the user is not really selecing a staff member, but a bike. I am unable to edit Staff to Bike OR remove this as a required field in the booking calendar. Anyone know how to code in the booking calendar to edit or remove this feature?
