Editor is unbearably slow to the point where it's useless

Does anyone else have this issue where the editor is incredibly slow? Whenever I edit something, it takes 30 seconds for the change to be implemented. This makes even simple edits like changing the text to be so painful. It’s difficult to build a 20 page website like this.

Seems like this was a question asked in 2019. It’s been 4+ years and it doesn’t seem to get any better. At this point, can anyone recommend any other web builders?

I like SiteJet Studio because it also drag-n-drop (they are owned by CPanel and Plesk), and WebStudio (not to be confused with Wix Studio) but it is more advanced and complex like Webflow.
