Is it possible to get the full log when an email bounces? Right now, the only information I can find is HARD_BOUNCE or SOFT_BOUNCE.
Thanks.
I don’t believe we provide a full log of why each email bounced. That said, this article outlines some of the reasons for each - Email Marketing: Improving Your Bounce Rate | Help Center | Wix.com
Thanks @noahlovell for your reply.
I understand the meaning of the two types of bounces, but we’d like to know the exact reason.
Sometimes, customers who register on our site don’t receive a confirmation email and call our support.
We’d like to be able to tell them why they didn’t receive the email allowing them to continue their registration.
Hi there @noahlovell ,
If I am using Triggered Emails, may I ask if there is a log that checks if an email is bounced or not? Or to check it programatically?
Thus far, I am only able to head over to Contacts → Under Email Column → Subscribed / Never Subscribed / Unsubscribed → Some has a little icon that says “This email address is subscribed but won’t receive emails because it’s marked as “bounced”, meaning it’s invalid or doesn’t exist.”
However, when exporting to the list of contacts to CSV, it will have no mention of whether that email is bounced or inactive, only stating “Subscribed / Never Subscribed / Unsubscribed”.
Or maybe there might be a way to run this programatically?
Thanks!

As far as I know, we don’t currently have a way to export/access this info - but this is good feedback! The alternative to triggered emails would be to integrate with a third party email provider which offers this level of logging
