I’m having trouble with
My email button isnt doing anything even though it says that its linked to an email. It works on phones but is not working on the computers

What I’m trying to do
Im trying to let my clients contact me via email to register for my event.

What I’ve tried so far
Ive tried making new buttons. Ive tried emptying my cookies. But nothing has worked.

Have you got a default email client setup on your device?

When linking an email to a button, it creates a mailto:account@example.com link, which relies on the device having an email client setup (most come with one by default, like the mac email app, or the default email clients on phones).

Does it happen on other devices?
