When i send an email to my .com it does not show in my inbox. However, if I start an email from my ascend inbox i can reply with no issue.
Is this expected behavior? We can’t receive incoming mail to ascend?

Ascend is not an email system - it’s labeled “inbox” because that is where notifications, messages, and forms (for example) that come from users on your site go.
