Wix Upgraded - but Wix branding still appears on email responders

A client of mine, has reported that she still gets Wix branding, despite upgrading the site months ago. Is there a way to stop the Wix and Ascend brand appearing on all customer email responder comms

This is quite often misunderstood. Website branding = Premium. Email branding = Ascend. To eliminate branding on the emails you have to upgrade to an Ascend package.
