I’m having trouble with
It seems that Wix has stored some old connection data related to my Meta/Facebook Business profile. I need to switch to a different Business Account on Meta, but when I try to reconnect Facebook through Wix, it only shows my old Business profile as the only available option.
On Facebook/Meta I already updated all permissions, removed the old connection, cleared authorised apps, and tried reconnecting multiple times — but Wix still loads only the previous Business profile.
Because everything on the Meta side looks correct, it seems the issue might be caused by cached or saved data inside Wix that I cannot reset.

What I’m trying to do
I need to connect a new Meta Business profile to my Wix site for ads, analytics, and Facebook/Instagram integrations. The goal is simply to select the new Business Account, but the system doesn’t give me the option.
What I’ve tried so far
– Removed and re-added the connection inside Meta Business Settings
– Checked all permissions and admin roles
– Removed Wix from Business Integrations on Facebook and reconnected
– Tried from multiple browsers and devices
– Cleared cache/cookies
– Verified that the new Business profile is active and correctly configured
None of these attempts worked, so I believe the problem may be coming from the Wix side.
