Hello !

I would need some help, trying to integrate a facebook pages messenger platform into my website. I add the custom generated code that facebook provided me into the tracking & analytics section, all ok, it displays the messenger on the website but when I try to re-open it, the icon is not clickable. What could be the issue ?

Same - trying to add the Facebook code to the page with no success. Has this been going since mid 2018 with no progress?

Hi All,

I have fb chat plug-in installed using the following code and it worked perfectly until yesterday when it stopped working - The chat bubble shows up but when I click on it, nothing happens. On mobile, the page loads for initial few seconds and when the fb chat bubble shows up the entire page goes blank. Appreciate any help as fb chat is an imporant part of our sales process. Thanks.
