I’m trying to add predesigned sections provided by wix in my current site. [ (+) > Sections ]. In that, I’m able to add few sections like those listed in ‘welcome’ under designed sections category. However, I’m facing problem with other like those listed in ‘basics’ under wireframe. I simply cannot add those sections. Please help.
I have added section (wire-frames) from Basic. I simply drag and dropped into the page. Even double click brings the wire-frame to the page.
Can you explain more about the issue you are facing.
I guess video will be helpful here. If I try to drag, there’s a block symbol. If I click, I’m somehow anchored to a random position as in the video. This is happening for selected sections only. I’ve been able to add a section from ‘welcome’ under designed sections without error.
The best way to check is to take a brand new page first and try to drag drop basic wire frame and see if it works.
From your video it looks like already got some elements on the page and you are trying to get basic wire frame on top of it.
Can you get a new section on that page and try grag drop on to the new section?
Tried everything. As I said before, I’m facing trouble with few selected sections only. This video should clarify.
UPDATE: The issue is somehow resolved for me. If Wix team fixed it, thanks for quick response. If it was on my end only, apologies for the trouble.

Thank you for shari g your experience. We are working on improving the performance of the Designed Sections panel very soon.
We hope it does not, but if this issue happens again, then please try to wait a few seconds. You should see the image appear with a shadow, that means it is ready to add to the site.
