Hi

Wondering if anyone else is having section issues? I am having a issue and have been for a while now. When I add a section to a page it seems to overlap or attaché to the above or below. When I then try to delete the section it deletes something I did not intend on. Very frustrating and have been experiencing this for a while now, 5-6 months, Contacts customer care mutable times, explained my situation to multiple different people, only to be told it will be investigated and someone will get back to me. Yet no one ever has and the problem continues. It’s very disappointing to be honest, spent a lot of time on this site, I’m starting to think migrating my work to Squarespace or another platform might be easier than having to tolerate this issue which is unresolved and stopping me progressing.

Thanks for bringing this up @jinks01 and for the patience with this issue you have been experiencing. I’ve taken a look and it looks like the customer care team is looking into the case and they should reply as soon as possible regarding the status of this.

I’ll keep an eye on your case and see if I can’t find any information on my end.

Update @jinks01 but our team seems to have resolved the issue. It seems they were working on the issue from the ticket you raised. Feel free to reply to the email they sent out if there are still any issues.
