I have a client who is selling books using Wix Stores for a Non-Profit. She has a lot of clients who want to pay by check, aka offline. She has Automatic Invoices set up in her Store Settings, so all customers who pay online automatically receive an invoice. But even though she has Offline Payments set up the Invoice feature is not available for Offline payments"
"Invoices are only created for:
Paid (online) orders
Orders for which you have the buyer’s email address
Orders for which you have not yet created an invoice.

I’ve tried explaining the above to her, but she found it very confusing. If her store is set up to accept offline payments, why not allow auto invoices for customers who want to pay offline as well, and she can just be sure to include proper instructions in the auto invoice for where to send checks.
